I feel like the whole place is a scheme! Nothing was open. There was no information. The front desk was not helpful in guiding us where to go or what to do. None of their outdoor adventures were open. The website had all of these fun summer things to do. Swim up bar was closed. Only the outdoor pool was open. The hot tub looked like a dirty warm bath with no jets. The shower was dirty. No elevators in the whole place. Completely outdated. The front desk lady Kendra was rude the entire time. She told us what not to do when we asked her for a brochure. Only one restaurant in the whole building was open. I cannot believe we spent money to stay there to not do anything on the resort which was our whole intention. There was no staff anywhere to be found, when we did they were not helpful or friendly. Maybe it’s should stay as a ski resort and that’s it. I will never return to that dirty, unfriendly, outdated, resort ever again.

* Peek N peak resort is a awesome place! We do not ski but have gone there the past 2years during summer. We actually found them by accident last year and were amazed at how fun it was. That’s why we returned this year! We unfortunately had 1 little issue this year, but the staff and GM were very understanding and made sure it was handled. They were all professional, polite, and personable! After last year we have referred several people here and will continue to do so. The pools are so nice and CLEAN (we have stayed at several other places and they are not very good!) Lifeguards are very nice and personable also. I would recommend this place to anyone plus the price is great. Thank you to the entire staff for making it a fun vacation again for my family!

We booked a stay and ski package. Went tubing the first night here, great fun and worth the extra cost. Ski trails were groomed and in great shape. Wish there was quiet sections for rooms, ours was a bit noisy from upstairs kids. Pool and spa area are clean and all staff was courteous and very helpful. My ski broke while here. Guy at the ski shop wasn’t able to fix it, so he gave me a loaner set to use, no charge, for the rest of our trip. This was very cool. Good value and worth the price.

My first stay here. I wasn't there to ski. I was babysitting my grand babies while the family enjoyed the slopes. I want to give a big shout out to all the staff. Especially Shawn, he went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and fun. We spent time at the pool and enjoyed the great food at the restaurant .
