As I do not have the luxury nor the responsibility of own a car. I don't buy gas all that much. Yet I am shocked by the prices of it. Anywhere! The. Store clerk was very nice and helpful. Thank you. I'll be back.

I went to go get gas at this particular Safeway Sunday 10/03/21, however at 11 in the morning there was no one inside to take cash payments. So I called Customer Service, a young lady answered the phone I explained to her that there was nobody in the booth. Her response was.........I totally understand. Huh?? What the....?? So I then asked her if she knew when there would be an associate inside the booth, to where she said again "I completely understand....., but my manager said someone "should " be there by 2pm". 2PM!!!! ARE SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!?!?! Not only is that ridiculous, but this Safeway Gas station is the WORST one I've ever been to.There should have been a sign on the doors that said 'We can only accept card payments at this time' that way the ones who are paying with cash DO NOT have to waste their time or energy trying to pay for gas when they cannot. This Safeway needs better training classes for their Employees on how answer questions asked by customers. Customer Service should not sound antagonistic, that's exactly how I felt. I WON'T EVER GO HERE AGAIN, not even to shop. Thankfully there is a mobile gas station right across the street from here.
