Jonathan Moore was a great help! Got me in for an oil change without an appointment and it was done within the hour! It was my first time and my car needed a special oil that was more than the expected amount and he gave me a discount to lower the price! He was very professional and super nice! I will definitely be coming here again!

I’ve been here a few times and every single time we’re treated with respect and swift servicing. The waits are completely understandable, when there’s more than 6 cars ahead of you getting an oil change what do you expect? Their customer service is beyond great. Had a tail light blow out, in and out within 30 minutes. Had a tire repaired less than 40 minutes. I come here for all my servicing.

Routine maintenance is performed in our QuickLane center. Repairs are handled by our main-line technicians at Titus-Will Ford service. Covered repairs can be performed at TItus-Will Ford. Not all repairs to your "Titus-Will Protected" vehicle will be covered, and you can check with the service advisor prior to your visit.
Yes! Wi-Fi is available in our dealership. Passwords for guest access are available from any member of our staff.

We don't currently offer shuttle services due to the COVID-19 pandemic environment. We do not know when and if this will change in the future. We do have comfortable waiting areas, accessible waiting areas, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please verify current transportation options prior to your extended appointment.
Yes. Please schedule an appointment for tire replacement. We DO sell tires, but will need to verify availability prior to your visit.
