Kohl's is, in my opinion, a pillar when it comes to department stores. This is why I'm extremely disappointed on how a handicap situation was handled on my visit to the Clifton NJ location on 7/13/22. I went with a handicapped family member to the Clifton store and while they had 2 wheelchairs for handicapped people to use, the chairs were in horrible condition. The seats were ripped and they were missing the foot rests making it impossible to use. I spoke to the manager that day who said she'd "go to the back" to get us another wheelchair. 20 minutes later there was no manager in sight. It felt like she was waiting for us to leave and so we did. Shame on you! Even if no other wheelchair was available this manager should've handled the situation better. There are a lot of people who need those wheelchairs maybe Kohl's should have a bit of considerations for our handicapped citizens.

Idk if it's me, but even with their sales, some of the prices still seem a little bit high, especially for today's economy. They do, however, have big Clearance sections throughout the store though, so that is a plus! The women's clothing....not much as far as being fashionable, just "comfortable wear" type clothing.

Good department store , with fair pricing and more importantly helpful staff , it was easy to find someone to ask questions , they were keen to help , so 5 stars for service for sure Parking is easy as well , like in many other stores , The shop design is good , easy to follow and the grouping is done well If you want they have also an Amazon Return facility, right in the middle of the store , smart choice as this is how we found about Kohl's and spend much more then ... :) Congratulations to who ever thought about it Enjoy

I went in the store with high expectations given the fact I always see it’s full. I thing I noticed it that there aren’t enough cashiers which equals to long lines and wait time. I did however like the workers in the kids department but especially shoes. There was a kid working there alone today on a weekend but he seemed hard working and even though I was asking him for a lot he was patient. Overall fantastic experience shopping here at Kohls for the first time. For the future more workers are needed from what I saw.
