The food came out quickly and was delicious. The waffles were not too sweet, the Oreo bubble tea was insanely good, and my favorite was the spam musubi. Thank you for bringing some flavor to NJ!

Yikes…. This was the worst bubble tea experience I’ve had in this area. The “tea” had profoundly artificial flavorings in it (raspberry & peach are the ones I tried) and even though the bubbles were served warm they were extremely hard and unpleasant. Sadly had to throw the drinks away after taking a few sips because it was just way too much to overcome. Would definitely pass on this place.

Cute little lunch/snack style food place. The Spam Musubi we're DELICIOUS! Got the Thai iced tea bubble tea and it was perfect. Can't wait to try more! Also bought a few of their latte bombs. Excited to try them!

I am addicted! I continue to visit bubble tea cafes throughout Northern Jersey but Urban Leaf still is my favorite. The tapioca is always cooked to perfection. Not supper gummy nor hard. It’s a great family owned cafe. Michelle and Victor are such wonderful people! This is my go to spot! Totally recommend! Peach, passion fruit, taro, strawberry lemonade, and sparkling lemonade are my go-tos.
