This place was just fine Coffee was ok. Room was clean. Decent channel selection on TV. Saw no bugs. Didn't care for the provided shower gel conditioner and shampoo. Breakfast could have been a little better.

Was there for 2 weeks for work. Friendly staff and loved the socials they hosted with free alcohol and food. Good breakfast in mornings but gym was very small. A lot of food choices with a 10 minute drive and not too far from downtown Tampa. Quiet area and nice patio to sit on with grills, gazebo and fire pit (although pit was never turned on). Not a fan of outdoor pools but looked nice and saw others enjoying it. Cups in cupboard were dirty and number of available utensils and plates were off...3 knives, 1 spoon, 2 same cups 1 of another, 2 saucers, etc. Had a DVD player in room but the cords to connect to TV were missing... Of course front desk didn't have extras so wasted a Redbox rental smh. Overall it was great

Positive: Lobby was clean and spacious with no musty smell. Staff at front desk were professional and friendly. Covered everything requiring noquestions.Ro.om spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Negative: Air conditioner was obnoxiously loud at times.

The room was lovely and spacious! The beds were very comfortable! I managed to sleep without pain which doesn't usually happen to me in hotels. I think the rooms may have a bit of an echo to them, or thin walls or something because my friend and I got a noise complaint when we were just talking... We may have laughed a little loudly a few times, but we weren't screaming at each other. Once we turned the TV on and left it on while we talked, it seemed to solve the problem. The man from the front desk who came to the door with the complaint was firm but kind about it, and when I mentioned it to the lady at the checkout, she apologized on his behalf. Also, I left my room key/ID/Credit Card in my hotel room when I came out to get water and another front desk lady was nice enough to make a new one so we could get back in. So, the staff is kind too! Breakfast was pretty good if a little sparse. I went at around 9:00 AM Saturday and Sunday, there was a selection, though not vast. I really enjoyed the Belgian Waffles though! Getting to the hotel from the highway was a little complicated and very easy to miss when I first showed up, but by the end of my stay, I got the hang of it. It was a nice place to stay, and if I ever go to Parsippany for anything but Dark Side of the Con (or if the Con's location is completely booked), I would happily stay here again.
