Simple, no frills sausage counter with nice outdoor seating. We went for lunch on an especially hot day, and were very appreciative of the misters and fans. You order your sausage, which they bring to your number at open seating tables. Then you top it with a wide variety of sauces / condiments (pickles, multiple types of mustard, mayo and ketchup, kraut, onions). Very tasty, the pretzel was also good.

They have so many varieties of sausages, including vegan specialties. The Italian sausage was to die for! My daughter enjoyed a vegan sausage. There are nearly as many varieties of mustards, sauerkraut, relish, etc, at the topping bar. They've got great beers, too, as well as a free glass of water if you're on a budget. The staff are very polite and accommodating. There are bathroom facilities onsite, and my daughter was able to bring her dog (on a leash) inside the covered seating area. On a busy day, you'll need to find parking across the street, either at the public lot or the library parking lot. Either way, the price is reasonable. Of course you'll want to stay as long as you can at this Bavarian village. Leavenworth is unique, unless you are in Bavaria proper!

I had the chicken apple sausage, so yummy!! They had a great sauce collection and a self service area which was efficient. There were warm heaters under all the tables, and the view of front st is fantastic. I wouldn’t get a pretzel here though, it was kind of hard.

Their sausage is very food and delicious but the lady in the cashier is not friendly and somehow rude too and that’s why I am giving 3 starts to this place. But other staffs are nice and friendly. If you can ignore her then you are going to have a great tasty sausage and a good experience :)
