Food was and is fantastic and the person who took our order was absolutely phenomenal and actually even interacted/talked to my kids when they asked a question. No other place has had a person do that and we are over the moon with joy with the staff, experience, and food.

Good burgers but the fries are always soggy and they always only fill them halfway. It’s not worth getting the fries in Shelton Wendy’s. I would get a burger there and drive down the street to jack n the box for fries.

Wendys is my favorite go to when eating fast food. Unfortunately almost every order has had something wrong:extremely under cooked meat, or over cooked meat, missing ordered items ETC. The employees are always very friendly but the quality of food has terrible thus far.

Ok call me what ever you like. But honestly I've worked in fast food. I've worked for 3 different fast food joints. Ok... 🤦‍♀️ its not rocket science people. Its not that hard to take an order.. especially when they lay the order out for you straight.. the Wendy's in town I get has high school students working for them but they can't listen! Even what you break it down for them step by step. They STILL cant listen.. OT= order taker C=cashier PHO=person handing order at end. M=me OT: welcome to Wendy's can I take your order M: yeah I'd like a kids meal cheese burger with katsup and pickles only, frys and a water. A #7 no onions, extra pickles, with a medium diet dr. Pepper and a large fry fresh. OT: so thats a (get thr kids meal right) #7 combo a large Dr. Pepper and medium fry. M: no the fry is a large and the soda is a medium and its diet dr. Pepper. OT: repeats the same thing he said the first time back. M: 🤦‍♀️ no. I want a #7 combo. With that combo the drink is a medium diet dr. Pepper and a large fry fresh. On the burger no onions and extra pickles. Please. OT: ok ill have your total at the window. C: hi that will be $25 something. M: excuse me? Um I don't think he rang it up right. Can I see what he has rang up? C: kids meal, #7 combo small, Large dr. Pepper and medium fry. M: no. The fry on the combo is large fresh and the drink on the combo is medium and it's diet dr. Pepper. No extras. 1 combo 1 kids meal. C: so you just want a small combo? M:😤🤦‍♀️ NO! listen. 1 kids meal cheese burger with katsup and pickles only fry and water. A #7 combo where the fry is large and the drink is medium and its diet dr. Pepper. C: ok that's what he rang up. M: manager C: you don't need to get snippety. He rang it up the way you asked. M: no he didn't and your not listening. It's not that complicated. Each combo comes with a main item which is a burger in this case. A fry of your choice of size and a drink of your choice of size and flavor. (Manager of the cashier) pops in the order that's $16 something. Thank you. PHO: hands me Medium combo. 2 Dr. Peppers large and a medium diet. Dr. Pepper. M:🤦‍♀️😡😤 I ordered 1 soda. Medium. Diet Dr. Pepper. I look in the bag. I asked where the large fry is. PHO: it says medium. M: I've asked for a large fry like 10 times.😤 You know what NVM. I'm never coming back to this location. You all are freaking idiots and can't listen.
