Unfortunately we purchased a 10 pack of infrared saunas recently. I went to make an appointment at the Mission Valley location and it’s closed down due to a flood. They don’t know how long it will take to reopen. Could be a month or longer according to Morgan. I asked about a refund. There are no refunds and she said it’s out of their control. Be careful on what you purchase in advance. They want me to drive to Sorrento Valley for treatments which is not convenient for me. No refunds and no service.

Had a prenatal massage. For the massage I received, I definitely should've booked at a cheaper place. Reason I tried Eco Chatteau was because it was close to my work. If price was lower compared to other places I've received prenatal massages from, I would go again. Service was great though. Extremely nice receptionist and therapist was mindful of pressure, making sure it was OK.

It's my second month of membership with Eco Chateau and I'm already addicted to everything. The atmosphere is amazing... It's so relaxing... Staff is wonderful: very friendly, happy, and helpful... It's so nice to get in sauna after hard working day and just relax... So great feeling!!!! Thank you for such a great innovation in our health!!! Love this place !!!!

Incredible spa! The best of everything and this includes customer service. I have looked for a long time for a quality spa and Eco Chateau meets my expectations. I tried their juice for the first time and it is FABULOUS!! Wow. The taste is great and I feel good about getting my veggies in. Both locations are equally as good. The facials and wraps and body massages are priceless here.
