This is One of my top two favorite bagel places I've ever had sure the line might be a bit long but you've seen how many customers can be there at a time but the wait is very much worth it

This place has been my go to for awhile and they make really great bagels at a more than fair price. The reason Im leaving a 2 star review is because the wait it unreasonably long. On multiple occasions I call ahead an order, show up 45 minutes after I had called in and still need to wait for my order to be prepared. Today was the final straw, I ordered at 1045am and walked in at 1130 and the order was still waiting. I ended up standing there for an additonal hour and finally received my food at 1230. It looks like they always put walk in orders before call orders regardless although I did inquire, after 30 minutes of waiting in the store, if my order was being prepared. I would love to continue supporting their business but I cannot justify the amount of time it takes to actually recieve an order and again, this is a reoccurring issue but this time was unacceptable.

Was in the area for work and stopped for a breakfast sandwich, the staff was very friendly and the place was very busy. The bagel was great and loved the vibe of the business. Would definitely recommend this place and will return in the future

Garfield hot bagels used to be one of my favorite bagel spots in Garfield. Jen is hands down the best cook and never gets the order wrong. Unfortunately over the last year or so Garfield Hot bagels has fell off. With the exception of Jen, the cooks are extremely slow I could order my order 45 min in advance and when I get there it still wouldn’t be done, yet even made. The bacon usually isn’t cooked all the way. It’s a shame that a place that once was great is now a last resort for bagels. I would suggest Garfield hot bagels steps up their game because Midland Bagels is by far the best.
