Outdoor Catholic Mass here is very reverant and holy with the grotto behind the alter and a very excellent sound system and the people are friendly even with covid19 going on!

Beautiful quaint church right in the middle of the Portuguese community. I only go for special occasions but would like to go more. I’m at peace when I’m in the Catholic Church with it’s inspiring sermons. It gives you a real sense of community and faith.

This church is beautiful and the congregation is very friendly. We came in a minute after the opening hymn had started. The priest was still in the back of the church. In fact, we accidentally bumped him with the door as we walked in, and he smiled and said, "I guess that's what I get for standing in front of the door." He was very welcoming of us. I can't wait to return.

is there a food box distribution tomorrow? starting school next week but no financial aid in sight. i got my cal fresh but i started mid month so only got part of it. i’ll check here and then head up btw 8-10. thank you

re: the History of Tuna Fishing in San Diego. My friend , Fernando Arreola, has told me many stories of his days on the Tuna Boats. I was curious if this is a regularly scheduled program as I know he would enjoy attending a meeting.
