I am truly disappointed with our recent order tonight. First I called and was immediately placed on hold, I was left on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again, and the same girl answered and immediately apologized for leaving me on hold. I ordered 2 orders of 24 boneless wings. When we got them home it was traditional wings not the boneless that we ordered. They were also cold and one order was covered with sauce and the other was barely covered in the wrong sauce! 🤷‍♀️ We are forced to pay higher prices because of the economy, but the service was horrible and so were the wings! If I could give no stars, that is what they would receive from me! VERY, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT 😞

7/8/2021. Customer experience was outstanding at this location. The environment was very clean and the employees were polite and professional. Highly recommend this place not just for its delicious food but for the quality service that will be provided. Thank you, Arianna, for making this a pleasant visit (coming from SA, TX). #BadBoy 01/07/2022. On or about every 6 months or so, I fly home to the East Coast, to see mi familia in DE. They say there’s nothing better than your MoMs cooking. Well there’s no other better wings location like WTG. Came back to this same location a couple times in December and I have to say WTG never disappoints. Special shout to Heather & Alexis for your great customer service, pleasant conversation and friendly smile. Your positive energy will not go unnoticed. I was fortunate/lucky enough to purchase some wing sauce and bring back to SATX. Finally I was able to bring the taste & flavor of WTG to homemade wings. See you again in a several months. #BadBoy

Ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, buffalo sauce and ranch only. Got a buffalo chicken cheesesteak with onions and peppers. Also forgot the fries. They couldn't refund without a card and they don't deliver. So because they messed up I'd have to be inconvenienced by going there. That's what I consider horrible customer service. Won't be going here ever again.

I live close by this location so I went on a whim and ordered 12 traditional wings plain, 8 habanero mango boneless wings, 2 orders of fries, and a fiesta chicken quesadilla. The most appetizing thing about this entire meal was the celery. Even my daughter and nephew who arent picky eaters would not eat this food. The wings were overcooked, therefore very dry. The French fries were drenched in grease. And the Quesadilla was swimming in drippings. We were greeted upon our entrance which was nice. That was the only positive aside from the celery. Also there is places to sit down and eat but no restroom. Very odd to say the least. I will not be back. Just my honest opinion.
