Called asking for monthly price rate, woman tells me over the phone 550$ for cheapest room (and I’m like wow! That’s a deal), so I stop in a few hours later in person, ask for everything I’ll need to rent a room for a month for a friend. She says it’s 600$ and will only need ID, no need to do anything else. So I say “first person told me 550 but that’s fine, I’ll be back when he gets in town tomorrow!” So I show up next day and she says she has to call her husband because the rooms they have available are not clean yet. That’s fine, then she passes the phone to me and her husband (the owner I presume) says “it’s 1200$ for a month stay” At which point we turned around and left. Their sign outside says 224 a week ffs. And supposed to pay more than weekly rate for the month? Moronic, 224x4 is 896. So wanted to charge an additional 300$ for an extended stay? Flawless logic! They’re Disorganized as ever, no one has any idea what they’re doing obviously Went down the street to economy inn, their terms and prices all straight forward. Checked in immediately without issue. Don’t waste your time at this place. They want to charge more than the economy inn down the street while providing less overall, and apparently don’t even know what their signs prices state. Literally can’t recommend you don’t waste your time with them enough

Cheap hotel, let's just say you get what you pay for. If you want a bed and shower only then this is your place.... otherwise it may be wise to pay more money and be comfort. The bathroom door is literally held together by some sort of metal brackets and the tub fills up with water when you're in the shower. The front door latch is broken and there's a huge hole in the wall like the door was kicked in.

They have pretty decent prices for a stay. The owners are very understanding and helpful people for what I experienced. Its not a bad place to stay the night. Only issues this place has is how some certain rooms are just not clean. I feel like people do not thoroughly clean anything anymore out of pure laziness or don't care. The beds need new sheets or something because they just smell awful, carpets sticky with cigarette burns everywhere. It also seems like strangers do not respect the rooms property since I had what seemed to be punch marks in the walls and door. The people next to me were partiers and were severely obnoxious. Not a bad place just needs tidied up more.

Was needing to get off the roads due to weather. The staff at check in was very friendly. The rooms look like they are updating them and for the price it was in my budget. If you dont mind not having the perks of the big name hotels it would be crazy not to stop here!
