Bad customer service no thank you for shopping at family dollar the short lite skin girl have no cashier experience don't tell you how much your change is its just take your money and receipt she was about to get cussed out the first time I seen her I was walking by her and I guess she thinks she got it like that lol but she don't but she looked at me with an attitude hope she reads this I make more than you would in 10 years you little duck so stop it please if you don't like your little cashier job than quit its that simple

The store is extremely disorganized and appears to be very dirty. It doesn't look like things are clean and it certainly doesn't appear to be disinfected in any format. Customers are allowed to walk around without face masks, cussing and swearing their way around. It's not worth my time, money saved, safety, comfort, risk of Covid-19, or anything else to shop here. I'd gladly pay more at a store that enforces safety measures of Covid-19. That doesn't allow customers to swear and cuss in such a disruptive way. Where security does more than sit back and watch people who clearly have no manners or respect take over the store. I had someone visit recently. They really wanted to check out the store. After telling them of my experience there, they didn't go. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Terrible horrible experience from this family dollar. The reliance security officer Debra accused my daughter of stealing. When they saw us walk in and my children have backpacks because we just came from their school. If they were paying attention in their jobs instead of talking and laughing gossiping about customers then Jeremiah sale associate and Debra security officer of Reliance security wasn’t so busy talking that they can’t even pay attention at their jobs. If they paid attention then they could have told us to leave the backpacks in their front registers. Instead of disrespecting my 11 year old daughter. Debra only accused my daughter was when she was closing her backpack because she was trying to check her phone. Embarrassing her in front of customers. And Debra did not even apologize to my daughter at all. And Debra the security guard was calling me names in front of the manager Dimitri and he did not even do anything. Not once did i ever did i cussed her out or called her names. How can Dimitri be the manager if he can’t even keep his employees in line. Manager Dimitri was not even there when the security guard was disrespecting my daughter. And defended Debra for being disrespectful towards us. This is how they treat a paying customer. Do not shop here manager is not cable of doing his job. Manager is afraid of his employees. Shelves are almost all empty. Employees busy talking and using the phone to put items on the shelves. Very disappointing. Mark my words this will not stop here until Debra, Jeremiah , and the manager Dimitri is reprimanded.
