I have my favorite spots here. Sales are hit and miss. The people are awesome. Although lacking a WOW factor of you are looking for low key shopping in a mall. This is your place. None of the hustle and bustle like the others.

A good place to hangout with family and enjoy each other's company. They have a train inside of the mall as well. It goes throughout the mall too. Other places inside the mall is Seaquest, rock climbing, go karts, Lazer tag and a movie theater as well.

What happened? I'm remember when this place was the happening mall during the 1990's and early 2000's. Just came in to look around and got myself a cherry lemonade and two American cheese on a stick from Hot Dog on a Stick. The cherry lemonades are still great and refreshing. Nice to see that there are a lot of family businesses here. (Especially at the food court area.) There is already a Sea Quest here and movie theatre as well. If anyplace needs and deserves a revitalization, it is the Boulevard Mall. Now that the card convention shows are here, I definitely will stop in again.

This mall is definitely a neighborhood type of mall. It's easy to find FREE parking, easy to be picked up by ride-share. The mall is extremely spacious and very clean. It's definitely more family friendly. Kids Foot locker, Old Navy, Bath & Body, Journeys, affordable stores. Also lots of food options, even Corn dog on a Stick! Which is something you hardly EVER see these days. There is a Mexican market section that's been added, it has even more food and shopping. Reminded me of Market Square in San Antonio, TX. There is also a giant pizza buffet kids place and a new movie theater. Again this is great for the people in the neighborhood. Especially if you are trying to get your steps in, in this heat😎
Hotel motel lobby's seniors home safe treats. Now a days one has to be careful always check after u get home if u go door to door and tell you siblings not to eat any of the goodies given to them.If u have to give them a treat when they leave or keep some that u purchased and share as u walk with your child.
Extremely toxic smell has taken over half of the mall. Smells like a nail polish store exploded. If I get sick tonight I will be sending you the bills!

C'mon don't exaggerate I bet your house smells worse
Maybe if people cared more not to litter this would not be an issue. And I hate to say this, show me a place in town that does not have trash all over. Yeah the mall has declined, this whole area has, trust me I live near the mall, but that's just the way it is...sad but true.
Even though it's not marked you can say service animal and they will leave you alone just don't say pet if you if you say pet the answer will be a no from the store or mall or whatever you trying to do remember service animal
They used to have an Italian restaurant there. I believe it was called The Vineyard. They used to have tour buses of people come to the mall and eat there and Shop. It's too bad that they don't have that anymore. I hope they survive over there. That was only mall we had to go to when I was growing up in Las Vegas.
As with many struggling brick and mortar locations losing anchor stores the Boulevard mall is slowing bring in other retailers to fill in the gap. New large furniture store has recently opened where old Macys used to be.
