Initially I picked a key with a fancy paint job and the prompt said "They'll ship the ship to me and it can't be made by the machine on the spot." I needed the key right then and there, so I tried looking for other options in the area but couldn't find any (for an hour). I came back and tried to get use the same machine but choose the cheapest key this time and voila it worked like a charm. Either I missed the instruction or there isn't one, but customers should be informed that fancy keys need to be shipped and normals ones can be created right on the spot.
