DO NOT GO. in early/mid February we had our vehicle towed to Mavis Tires & Brakes for a brake repair, we didn’t know the issue. The problems were diagnosed, and then Re-diagnosed multiple times, having to pay for labor and parts adding up to a total charge of 1200$. We had given authorization for all parts put on the vehicle, until we received a call saying the vehicle was done and fully repaired after THREE MONTHS, but we would be charged an ADDITIONAL 400$ fee for a mastercylinder and labor with an UNAUTHORIZED PART, adding up the total invoice charge to 1,600$. If you want to be scammed, and would like to start a small claims court case, paying more money than necessary, Mavis Tires & Brakes is the place for you. We have yet to pick up our vehicle, so I will update additional comments if the situation becomes ugly.

Been 3 hours waiting on install of 4 tires and alignment. Wanted to sell me everything under the moon. Some I see necessary replacement. But when given time estimate of 90 min and it's 3 hours later n not finished. Not a happy customer.
