Terrible quality and customer service! Do not purchase cabinets from them. Delivered incorrect cabinets first time, wrong fronts on all the drawers. Sent new fronts for contractor to install for inset cabinets. None of the fronts fit quite right. Different widths all around the fronts and side to side. After 3 months paint was chipping off in places we don't even contact or use. The island had large cracking in the wood around the cabinet frames. Representative came out and gave us a pencil to cover the cracks up with and said it was "normal" . Now a couple of years later, the whole island has split. The doors of the cabinets are all sagging, but can't be adjusted. Paint flaking off everywhere inside the cabinets?!? Worst 45K we spent in our lives!! No follow up, no response! No warranty coverage because no one ever responds.

Had purchased cabinets from Dewills for over 30 years in Vancouver wash as a contractor. Was remodeling my private home , which I had built 30 years ago and put Dewills cabinets in. They were such good quality and held up so well over 30 years I was excited to get new cabinets from them again. It was an absolute nightmare from beginning until now. The salesperson measured my cabinets incorrectly, which I informed him of many times but he would not come back out to double check his measurements. Consequently the cabinets came in incorrectly. But at that point my entire kitchen was torn out and had to live many months with no kitchen due to the fact he had to re-order all the cabinetry that he had measured incorrectly the first time ! Never once did I receive an apology from him or Dewills ! I have drawers that are broken and were installed that way... I have been trying for over a year to get someone out to the house to repair these items they make appointments then they cancel, they never show up ,they never follow through they will not return phone calls. As a general contractor for over 35 years I’ve never experienced this with any company in all my years of doing business. Seems no one is running the ship at Dewills or is in charge I cannot seem to speak to anyone who knows what they’re doing or how to solve the problems.... very disappointing!!! Would never refer a client or friend anyone to Dewills again...

I was initially pleased with the quality of my new kitchen cabinets (8/2017). However the quality of the paint is marginal. Within a few months of very light use ( hubs and I - no kids) the paint is peeling even with once a week very light cleaning with a soft sponge and warm water. I used their touch up paint and a year after installation Some of the original paint is cracking and peeling. Bizarre to say the least. Poor quality paint in too thin and too few coats in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend.

Our experience with Ron at Dewils has been excellent! His customer service, communication and follow was top notch. We bought all of our appliances through Ron. From delivery, upgrades and even slight repairs Ron was thorough, prompt and professional.

Questions & Answers

I bought white "vinyl" kitchen and bathroom cabinets. My questions are: are the door and drawer fronts solid vinyl? What products should I use to clean the cabinets?

No they are a vinyl laminate as far as the interior of the cabinet's go and i would use simply green to clean them, no harsh chemicals like 409 or lysol, the doors and drawer fronts are solid though

How to remove a drawer

There are usually two orange clips on the bottom of the drawer, all the way to the back on either side. You squeeze the orange tabs and it releases the locking mechanism, then its just a matter of pulling them out, with minimal force.
