Stayed in one of the house with friends for a few days and the weather was so beautiful. The beaches were packed. I'd never seen so many people on the beach before.

Cannon Beach is spectacular! The water the Sun the waves the big rock just makes magic together. I do suggest you see it a couple hours before sunset then go get dinner then head over to get a glimpse of the sunset. The water is cold since it is the Pacific Ocean but it’s bearable. I would also suggest during the week since it is dramatically less busy. You can have a fire pit on the beach which is awesome to do if you can. I definitely suggest this place if you want to experience Oregon beach and coast at its best!

The first time I came here my jaw dropped. The magnitude of this rock. Will catch your breathe away and make you visit it again and again. Perfect to bring your friends and family. A bonfire at night is a must.

Some of the residential streets that come to dead end at beach have 2 or more parking spots with signs that say day park only or no overnights. With paths down to beach.
