Car was not clean when I rented it. Had to leave there and go straight to the car wash. He called his self checking the car I found big torch lighters and cigar packs in there. I was okay to take it dirty cause I had stuff to do and they clearly was understaffed. But after all this I still get charged for returning it how I received it. Very unsatisfied and I will never go back there again. And will tell all my family and friends not to deal with that mess.

Friendly area to rent a car. Answer all the questions I had about renting a vehicle from them. Only problem I had I was not aware of the $300 security deposit that the gentleman I spoke to on the phone. His name was Alexander? He was good with everything even though it was Derek who helped me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Car was clean. Fabulous gas mileage. Very roomy as well. Despite the misinformation of the security deposit, I was pleased on this visit here. I hope I don’t got to use enterprise again due to an accident but as for a vacation I would. Thankful for Alexander on the information he gave to Derek who was excellent from start to finish and to the gentleman’s who gave the car a good clean. Job well done to all. God bless!

Why pay for a rental when all they going to do is charge you for insurance you never requested to have and charge for a dog fee?? The only 3 stars I give out of 5 is the car I rented. 2021 Dodge Charger ran immaculate. Great fuel mileage. Great space. Plenty of room. Derek whom I spoke to did not give me any of the money that was owed to me. This company is worst than scammers who shows up you’re door step!! Why rent if you can’t do what you want in these vehicles?

Perfect place to rent a car. My grandmother used Enterprise for a retirement vacation and everything went perfect. She has used enterprise back in the day before technology got out of hand and it hasn’t changed from her experience then and now. We first tried Ride Rent a car and they had too many hidden fees that made it insanely high comparison to Enterprise. Also, if you love dogs and want to bring them with you with no hidden fees or being charged I would choose enterprise as Ride said it’ll be an extra $150 bucks if we was to put a dog in the rental. That’s crazy!!! Thank you to Lindsey & Derek for making our trip wonderful and giving us a luxury clean ride to go with it!
