Big lots is a great place to run in and pick up stuff but not today. What I thought would be a quick shop five minutes at the least turned out to be a 30 minute ordeal. I do not blame the cashiers they were doing the best they could. Management should train them better and also have cash registers that work. Very disappointed in this experience. I could tell there were a lot of folks in line waiting and very frustrated. Hire more cashiers and fix yourCash registers please

You can't have a sign that gives your hours until 9pm, then have a piece of paper that states 7pm. Unprofessional, Big Lots! Take one or the other down.

It is what it is. The service is much better than it used to be. The prices are ok but we never have any luck when we are looking for something specific. Side note. Love the garlic stuffed olives.

We had an amazing experience today at Big Lots. Lisa in the furniture department and all the store associates were extremely professional. The customer service was exceptional and Lisa went above and beyond to make our experience in Big Lots a memorable one. Thank You to all the staff and I will definitely return to this location.
