It’s hard going through infertility, especially when we are seeking the best care to grow a family. I researched for months and it came down to me choosing Dr. Chang. I was scared and skeptical, but as soon as I walked in the door staff was sweet, kind, and made me feel comfortable. Not only one, but all of them, Dr. Chang has a good team and they are all amazing 😉 and supportive. My consultation with Dr. Chang met my expectations. She took the time to know me and my history to get treatment started. She explained every step of the process and is very knowledgeable. I was taken care of every step of the way through every appointment. Treatment was successful and I am 10 weeks pregnant. So extremely grateful!! Unfortunately, my time with Dr. Chang and her staff is almost over. I’m graduating and going to an OB GYN. If I could have them through the whole 40 weeks of my pregnancy, I would. Dr. Chang and her staff are simply amazing. She is kind and attentive and takes the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Communicating with her and her staff is made so easy via secured e-mail and they always answer any questions quickly (even on Saturdays!). I was far from being a straight-forward IVF case, but Dr. Chang helped us through every bump and never wavered. And thanks to her, we're now expecting our first child! I was struggling to get pregnant for over a year. But from day one my husband and I met Dr. Chang we knew we could trust her in the process because of her level of knowledge, passion and how she seemed to care about us more than just taking our money. Yes, it is not a cheap process and make sure your insurance in network with most of their services. Dr. Chang and her staff were extremely supportive of us all the way. Always available when needed, they never missed a detail and took very good care of us including all the billing process. We followed all the steps meticulously. Thankfully, after our first trial we are now lucky to be pregnant with one baby, 14weeks already. And So far so good. Baby is developing wonderfully and I am now off medication and feeling strong.
