One of the worst experiences with Wendy C. She was constantly passing rude comments and sounded very frustrated. When I asked for some ketchup, she replied and said I am the only one working, so be patient. And when we asked her the second time to bring us avocados, she said be patient. I am getting it, but in the end, she did not bring it, and she didn't even say sorry about it. And when we said just remove it from the check she replied with ok while rolling her eyes. But when she forgot about the people right next to our food, she said I'm so sorry about that. I will remove it from the check, and the whole time she is just rolling her eyes and mumbling. The thing that actually got me mad was that when we signed the check and everything and put no tip she came running back to tell us you have to sign it again and you have to give 20% tip but we wrote no tip while we were leaving we heard her say out loud “SO RUDE”

Ordered curbside takeout and after 15 minutes past the pick up time...went in to get it. Still wasn't done. Staff was standing around and management took forever to find it. $4 for a side of fruit that was three pieces and they refused to provide salad dressing or add more fruit. Management couldn't refund my money. Food was cold and thrown together. Will never return.

Do not order milk at this IHOP Location. I ordered 2 milks before I asked for the price of each refill. $3 per glass is not the reason to boycott this branch though. The milk must have been laced with the most potent laxative available to the waiters because it left me in the restroom for hours on end.

The food was great! but the customer service is sub par. It took forever for the food to come out and there weren't many customers.
