It's been almost 2 years since I bought a 2007 2500hd classic. With a 6.6 l Duramax diesel with 300,000 miles. I never looked at the truck in person because I was overseas when I bought it. The only thing I had to go off of was pictures and videos they sent me. They were very professional and the communication was the very best you could ask for. They had the truck shipped to me in Alabama and after owning it almost 2 years now I've had no problems with this truck it came with all service records and the truck was immaculate for a truck of this age and mileage. I feel as if they can be trusted especially buying a vehicle you don't see in person so I thank the staff for all that they have done!!

I love this place - they always have a mix of unusual cool cars and trucks - no pressure - very fair . Very happy with my recent purchase. Could have never afforded this vehicle at a mega dealer. Was at the big NW truck store and couple established mega dealers - this place beat them hands down. And this place has better inventory ! Thank you Matt and Chris !

I recently purchased a 2005 Park Avenue from Best Auto. I test drove the car, asked if there were any issues with the car. Salesman said the car was great and it ran great. No transmission issues he says.After having the car for 4 days I noticed that the transmission would hard shift into 1st and 3rd gears. It will jump into gear. I now will have to get a rebuilt or remanufactured transmission. I am deeply disappointed with my purchase whereas I am gonna have to spend a lot more money to fix this issue. I also noticed that the shocks and struts have to be changed. I feel like the salesman lied to me and was not forthcoming with the condition of this Park Avenue. I definitely would not suggest anyone buy a car from this dealership. They will smile in your face and tell ya that everything is fine with a car you may want to purchase but really it isn't. Don't trust anything you hear from these guys. Most likely what you hear will be false and untrue. To sum things up I can only say "Buyer Beware". Take your hard earned money elsewhere. It would be a waste of your time and money to trust these guys and buy a car at this dealership.
