The entrance is a little strange and not disabled friendly. When you walk in they tell you that the hostess is upstairs. I asked for an elevator but they don't have one. They do have a REALLY steep ramp if you can make it up it. The food was meh! We found plastic in our beans (see picture below). Manager came over and just explained how that happens with a busy restaurant. He didn't seem concerned at all. We weren't looking for anything free, more worried about cross contamination. The servers and food runners all seem very unhappy, which I could understand if that is how management treated us, I can only imagine how they are treated. Our server was very on top of things and even took the steaks back since they were overcooked, even though we hadn't even seen the steaks so it wasn't us saying anything. They had a fun band playing and a slide indoors that the kids seem to really enjoy. The views on this place are spectacular! It is a great history of AZ so I'm hoping it was just an off night. Worth trying again.

Great BBQ! Great everything. Got there at 430pm on a Saturday and got right in. Fills up fast but this place is huge! Too much food to eat, plus it comes with salad and biscuits. Complementary cotton candy at the end is way cool! I wish I would have found this place years ago! I'm not a big BBQ lover, but this place was a hit with me and the family. Lines get long but seem to move fast.

Great place for the family. Everybody had a fun time, food was good, environment and layout added to the experience plus amazing view of the city below the hill. Sometimes it's hard to find a restaurant that strikes the balance with our kids and allows them to enjoy themselves and eat all their food.... Rustler's Rooste checked all the boxes. Definitely a special night for us though, because it's not a "tightly budget-minded experience".

Fun atmosphere and delicious food! We had about an hour long wait on a Tuesday night so I can imagine weekends would be way worse. The patio offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city. We tried the Rattlesnake appetizer. I will say, it was not bad at all. My group couldn’t decide on just one thing so we ordered the Cowboy Platter. It was sooo much food but we got to try a bit of everything and had plenty left over for the next day. The ribs were my favorite by far. The flavor was amazing and they were fall-off-the-bone good! The brisket was fantastic, as well.

Get there early before sunset to get a table by the window and watch the sunset and the City lights come on...it's the best reason for going there
Not bad prices..get good portions of food for the money..food is GREAT!!!!
I was there during Thanksgiving. And to be honest I don't remember any social distancing, people were waiting together at the same tables to be seated. It was pretty busy. I don't know if that has since changed or not though.
We had an exceptional experience. The wait didn't bother us because we took our drinks outside and enjoyed the fantastic view. Our waitress was excellent as well. She was a student here, so we shared our knowledge about the Valley. It was pricey but we had out-of-guest and we wanted them to experience the rattlesnake. We did get a lot of food. We sat above the country music and enjoyed the mix.
I was there about a week and a half ago and someone was getting married there. I think they are accustomed to those events, but you should call and make the special arrangements if you're planning on eating in the reserved section.
Thank you so much! I appreciated..
