These guys are ripoffs. I drove 32 miles and put 30$ to get fuel gage back to normal. They charged 60$ fuel fee. Owner couldn't answer questions as to why this doesn't make sense mathematically. Bunch of clowns go to penske!

Absolutely do not go to this location. I was charged for a broken windshield after returning the vehicle. How or where this broken windshield came from I have no clue. I'm now going to be in an endless dispute with the company over this. Clearly something weird is going on at this location. I strongly urge you to go to other locations. Just look at how bad the other reviews are for this place.

They lie about how much gas you use by reading the gas gauge "in their favor." They then extort you to add more. I drove seven miles. They made me add FOUR gallons. Thieves.

I would not recommend this U-Haul location. My boyfriend and I rented a tow to haul our car on a 11-hour drive to San Antonio, TX a week ago. Everything seemed fine when the tow it was connected to the 15 foot U-Haul truck and our car was loaded onto the tow. When we got home to load up the rest of our stuff we realized that U-Haul allowed us to drive off the lot in dangerous conditions. A thorough inspection was not done on the tow, see pictures. It was complete luck that my boyfriend noticed the chunk of tire missing before we started our long drive to Texas. I doubt we would have gotten very far on this tire before something awful happened. Dangerous!!!
