Our local store messed up our order (by using the wrong toppings and sauce) twice in a row within the span of a few months. The pizza usually tastes okay, but it's never great and the toppings are often very poorly distributed. The customer service is passable (not great), but there comes a point where I don't care if they offer to refund our order or to remake our pizza - I just want my pizza made correctly! Frankly, that's ALL I want from Domino's. I order pizza there specifically because I don't want to think about making dinner, so having to double-check the employees' handiwork and either eat something I didn't want or wait another 20-30 min just to get what I ordered is NOT okay. I highly recommend that everyone find a local pizzeria or another chain with a better track record and order from there.

I ordered a large pizza and they forgot one of the topping and sent it out supper thin and semi burnt when I called to address the issue they gave me some excuse about how that how the extra large Brooklyn pizzas are made even said that a lot of people complain about it… first off I ordered a large hand tossed pizza not an extra large but regardless it sounds like they know there is an issue. No offer to remake the pizza or give me a refund. It’s sad I love dominos but if your going to get pizza I would make the trip and find a different domino’s. I constantly have issues here.

1: They found my house on the first try. This is way better than any other deliveries (FedEx and UPS included). 2: It was good. I mean it's hard to not like pizza that you didn't have to make or pick up, but I've like Dominos for most of my adult life. So five stars for good food, and fast delivery. I swear these people are like ninjas that swooped in and ring the doorbell faster than I could even check the delivery status.

Got delivered the wrong pizza. Called in to get the correct pizza redelivered. After an hour without it showing up, called the store again and they told me they only have one driver (on a Saturday night). Maybe if the owner paid their employees better they would have more than one driver available on a weekend. When the food shows up, it’s always delicious though.
