Mt husband had already mentioned a bad experience he had at this place with the girl at the drive thru window, but I went recently with my brother and it I have to say it's the same girl "ashley" who is incredibly rude. If it weren't for her I think many of us would be eating there mire often so I really hope the management team realizes the poor service this girl is giving to everyone!!

Manger was super rude, asked nicely for more ranch and her reply was rude, also my friend was waiting for her shake and she told her what are you waiting for with an attitude and she said there making it also rude my friend was juts waiting didn’t say anything to insinuate that she was impatient about it.

Excellent customer service. Employee on the receipt says Ruby C. We are from Porterville and the food there is horrible as in it looks like they just throw it together with scraps. We had to come to Delano and decided we'd stop since it was close to where we were going. Almost didn't because of our Carl's Jr.s. but it was AMAZING! The food was great. Almost looked like the picture. 🖤 Also the place was very clean.

Traveling from out of town, we stopped at this Carl's Jr. The prices were fair, and the gentleman that was helping us I believe his name was Mark, was fantastic. He kept checking in with us making sure we were good. The food was on point, and very fresh. This is not what you expect for fast food. We will stop here again anytime we're traveling through town!
