The worst Mac I have ever been. Lazy and rude staff. They were not able to complete my order properly. I ordered “here”, got “to go”. Burger was cold and prepared carelessly. Wrong drink served. When I told “My ice tea is bitter”. They answered me: I give you some sugar. I do not recommend that place.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. I hate going into the drive through because every single time I do there is at lease one thing missing. Most times the order never comes out right, and the requests (EX. No Cheese) are never fulfilled. I understand that McDonalds is such a high traffic fast food restaurant… but literally it’s ridiculous with the amount of mistakes they make. BUT…….. after I received my order and noticed things were missing and I had gone into the lobby to address my issues. I approached the register and told the man working there my issues. His name is Steve, and this guy is considered a saint in my eyes. Steve is the reason I’m upping the stars to 3! If I could give just Steve stars I’d max him out to 10 :)! This man gave me a whole remake of my order and bagged it himself, and made me my coffee which was perfect! He refunded me my total and sincerely apologized for my experience and promised that he would turn this store around. I appreciate you Steve!

Today I waited 40 minutes in the drive through. I understand being busy and being behind… but 40 minutes? I got 2 cheeseburgers and a large fry.. I’m assuming my food was made and just sitting there for 40 minutes because it was cold when I got it… they need more help or something..

I am so tired of going to the drive through to order, receiving my order, and then getting home and the order is wrong. And not in good ways like, "Hey, extra hamburger." Only in bad ways, like, "Where's the quarter pounder?" When we discover the wrong order before we drive the 25 minutes home, we have to go into the place and show them a receipt and say, "We didn't get this-or-that." After a long day at work, to get home and find they botched the order (always ALWAYS it's in their favor and they get paid for food I don't receive), it's extremely frustrating. They also botch orders if you're paying inside. I can't understand just how consistently they screw up orders. It's like a honed skill, but I'm pretty sure that's not what they're going for. Right? Right, guys? They got more free money out of me tonight, and I am so sick of it.

Service has improved drastically in the past year. Orders are done fast and accurately. No longer have long wait times.
