Totally love living in this apartment ..... it's easy to get on freeway also living next to the stores everything you need it's around this area but especially do love the staffing at sun river they are friendly and always taking care of your needs in your apartment that's why I like to give them a 5 🌟..... Thank you sunriver for always making this place a home for me and family we already miss this place ❤

The condition of the apartments is very poor and the management seems to find every excuse to get money out of you. I am a wildland firefighter and am gone for most the time I was renting. They left a note on my door the day I left for California for 3 weeks on assignment saying I had to sign a paper confirming I was moving out. When I got back and explained that I could not come sooner because of my work they did not care and I had to pay for an extra 2 weeks after I moved out. I put a rug over their carpet and still was charged with a cleaning cost of the carpet. Avoid these apartments at all costs.

Horrible people that don’t answer phone calls. Staff is the worst at any apartment building. I wish people would teach customer service instead of hiring angry people off of the street that don’t know what they’re talking about. I paid the application fee, they refused to run the application and refused to give any kind of refund. My friend who is part Native American didn’t even get considered for an application. Blocking phone calls isn’t professional. Rejecting customers, not offering any kind of information of what is happening or why, and yelling at people for asking questions isn’t professional. Someone should confront these people about their horrible behavior.

I’ve been living at Sun River Apartments for almost two years and I have to say that there hasn’t been a problem since I’ve been here. The neighbors are great, the staff works hard to make sure everybody is taken care of, and the location is perfect. From the pool, to the workout rooms, to the great amount of washers and dryers for everyone to use. I have been very pleased with these apartments and I am excited to continue living here.
