My battery was dead, and I could see no reason. I jumped the car and went into Lincoln City. I'd be getting a new battery. I had my dogs in the car and the employees welcomed them into the waiting room. In no time at all, the technician told me the battery was good. No charge. Love this company. I may run into a bad store but I haven't yet!

I wanted to send my appreciation to the staff at this location, and I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience at any Les Swabb in the 15+ years I’ve been buying their tires and various services. This thanks should extend all the way up to their corporate management or whatever that structure looks like for their methods of staff selection and hiring. The basic story of what happens is I noticed a screw stuck in my tire. I decided to drive about 40 miles en route to another destination. I arrived at Les Swabb and was quickly helped, asked what I needed. I explained I saw a screw head sticking out of my tire and just wanted it pulled or checked to ensure it didn’t get worse. And I also wanted my tires rotated, if judgment called for it. The attendant explained they could have somebody check to see if the screw punctured my tire completely, something I should be concerned about, or if it wasn’t harmful and could just be pulled with no concern. Otherwise there was a 1-2 hour wait. I had no problem waiting, so I stayed on the waiting list just in case and within a minute one of their staff came out and checked the screw and was able to remove it (it hadn’t fully punctured the tire, so no worrisome damage), and then went to check each tire if a rotation was needed, and simply said come back when you hit 2000 more miles. This was an abundance of courteous service and handled both of my problems. And naturally, because I am a long standing customer, there was no added charge. This level of care and service is rare today, but employees and staff like this set an exemplary model of how actions of team members can make a big difference in the lives of consumers. When new tires are due, I look forward to supporting and purchasing from Les Swabb!

First and foremost I just wanna say the staff at this location is absolutely amazing. On our vacation, we had a tire blowout and it could have been disastrous for our family. Being 300+ mi away from home, our only option was to use our horrible spare and get here in the AM… the staff was tentative and went above and beyond for us, they helped us with a tire that actually matched the tires we had (they’re 13 years old) we were amazed they had it in stock and on hand! We love Les Schwab, Casey the assistant manager was amazing, above and beyond, when we went to pay it was covered under our hazard insurance with our tires we bought from Klamath! Their policies are amazing and they seriously were making it super easy, stress free, and in my opinion looking out for our pocket book when they could have just said all 4 need replaced! To the staff at this location, thank you for exuding service before self and being the amazing people you are, your community is blessed with you all! Thank you all so much it’s beyond appreciated!

Great! Staff was ready to take my car to the shop before I even walked into the building. They were fast and thorough in explaining some of the issues they discovered on my auto. I definitely enjoyed the Les Schwab at this location.
