Hotels are really bad bug infested but the trailer park the roads need work

The trailers look to be in bad shape and need repair. You feel that half the people there are most likely drug riddled, and when I spent a significant time there about 10 years ago, it all seemed the same. Maybe a new trailer or two, but the owners put no effort to make it look halfway presentable. Plus side to that would be low rent.

I wouldn't recommend this park unless it's absolutely necessary. Owner doesn't seem interested in concerns of residents, doesnt take care of the streets or issues that residents run into. Lot rent is low however homes for rent are lacking.

This place is not somewhere I would want to raise children. However lot rent isn't too expensive and it's a place to find a decent mobile home for a good price, usually.
