I always have problem with a certified mail even i put the letter back in mailbox with my signature like what they said didnt get it then they put my package in that small mail box which i cant get it🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Everytime i call to the post office they said they will resolve my issues and they will call me for an update but they never called back its really disappointing

I've always had great service at the Belfast Post Office. The counter staff are friendly, the long term employees go above and beyond. Our local driver in Swanville will walk a package to the front door even during Christmas rush. I accidentally ordered something to be shipped to my old address and I called them and they tracked it down.

We received a package for a different person. My fiancee went to ask what to do with it. Instead of helping her the employees were rude, sassed her, and told her to leave. Very unprofessional.

As I walked in, the older woman working the counter was on a racism filled rant on immigrants along with a customer. How they bring disease into our country, they don't assimilate into our white culture, they brought Measles and other disease to Maine, they are mostly criminals, and she saw online that they either bath in pig blood or feces (unclear). This isn't something a stable minded person would think, say in public, or say at work while representing your business. While she helped me send my mail after, I will avoid this place in the future. What a wild ride that just was.
