One of my personal favorites in all of Orange County and truly one of the most popular spots in all of Newport Beach. The seasonal artichoke is unmatched and the smoked trout and salmon are go-to’s as starters. Close your eyes and just randomly point at the menu and order, you can’t go wrong!

Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Newport Beach. I have been coming here for many years and every single time I have a great experience and immediately want to come back after the meal is done. They are always consistently good and they always have great options to choose from. Parking is also easy and I love the design on the inside it’s a true, classy, California style, great seafood restaurant. I always get something different but we usually always order the famous biscuits for the table and with honey they are pretty much unbeatable. I recommend them to anyone even if you don’t like biscuits you have to at least try one. This most recent time I got the trout which is a personal favorite of mine and this restaurant does it better than most. The portion size is also really generous and every bit of it is crispy. Every time I am in Newport I try to find a reason to stop here. I highly recommend to anyone for any occasion, I would be here almost every night if I lived close. I drove down from LA where I live for this dinner that’s how much I love it.

The overall experience was okay i did have some minor gripes with the meal me and my wife had but they were fixed and replaced for hopefully no additional charge. I was pleased with the service as well as the ambience of the place. The highlights of the meal was the rib eye and the biscuits. The rest of the meal was pretty basic in taste. We had the rotisserie chicken which while it was okay it was dry and lacked seasoning. (Probably why it is served the way it is) [check photos] rib eye was great big portions (22oz) the clam chowder was great. Biscuits were great as well as the ahi tuna salad. The only things i would not reccomend would be the wild rice but that was kindly replaced with a side of my choice so thats good service and the broccoli was undercooked tbh. Not sure why they gave us small water glasses but i noticed everyone around us had "normal" sized water glasses. A small detail yes but when were talking about rating a fine dining experience these type of things matter.

A hip, sophisticated, and delicious restaurant located in a small outdoor shopping center. Good for date night, celebration or even a casual night out. The ambiance is great, except for occasional road noise and a few mice running by that live on property. Despite those few things, I would definitely come back as everything we ordered was amazing! The rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes, the wedge salad and fish sandwich were our favorites. Also, great service from all staff members!
