Surprisingly bad customer service. Pay close attention to the reviews detailing bad customer service experiences. I let them know a competitor had a specific sku for a significantly lower price point and he said "it would be easier for all of us if you just went there next time". What company in their right mind treats customers like that? Edit: Look at their response, they can't get out of their own way. No, what I will do is buy the OPMS Kratom shot that you get for 12-13 dollars wholesale for 17 dollars at your competitor while you do a 2x+ markup because you don't understand how to run your business. Why would I pay an extra 8 dollars for the same product?

Purchased a bong that I cant hit correctly, the engineering of the product ,it takes monster lungs in order to produce smoke, I've been smoking for 40 years but according to the smoke shop employee I just don't know what I'm doing and this bong is sold all the time at other shops. They sell messed up glass products, small imperfections, but as long as they work im cool with it, well this product does not work,they won't even let me exchange it for a different bong. Shady outfit,RUN!
