Very slow, long lines. Staff really gets overwhelmed with so many people. Long wait times for food as well but bagels and coffee are good.

The woman who took our order and made our food was so sweet! She was being very careful around Covid and took all orders outside. She worked very quickly so we only waited about 5-8 min for two hot items. The food was delicious - very flavorful, cooked and toasted perfectly, and made to order. My boyfriend got a Reuben and it came with a good amount of meat. I got the Spicy Denver bagel sandwich and it came out very hot with a lot of filling! I hope more people go support this little business, her positivity and kindness are so refreshing (:

Every time I’ve been there they greet me with a smile, definitely a confidence booster. I’m an average looking guy so they’re not smiling at being blessed by my presence, it’s more likely they are friendly and enjoy seeing people. Yes that must be it unless I am unknowingly handsome, be sure to five star me if that is the case. Anyways good place to chill if you are exhausted from navigating the crowds in Tokyo Central.

The service was so great, the employees were very welcoming and friendly. the bagels all looked amazing, it was hard to decide which one to get. I ordered the bagel with lox and it was delicious. The coffee was delicious as well, and they had four different roasts and flavors to choose from, plus a decaf. Bright, welcoming interior and a cute outdoor patio as well. I highly recommend this spot for breakfast, lunch, or just coffee! Can't go wrong with whatever you go with.
