The installers that came to my house were professional and experienced and a pleasure to work with. The solid white oak flooring that was installed looks beautiful! Thank you. Thank you to Trenton and Tyler for all the work that you did in placing the order on my house project.

I spent MONTHS shopping for flooring samples, vendors, installers, etc. after having an inexcusable false start with Empire Flooring (Empire currently holds the crown for being the worst company I've ever dealt with), and all of my investigations showed that LL Flooring was far and away the best choice. Kimberly in particular was among the most helpful, professional, and knowledgeable people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When I called to get information about different types of flooring, she knew EVERYTHING about ALL of them, and didn't have to consult with any reference materials at all. She also helped me in the store, and effortlessly and professionally enabled me to finalize my choice, including recommending the specific color that best matched my space, cabinets, etc. I would have made the wrong choice were it not for Kimberly's excellent guidance. I cannot state enough how above and beyond expectations Kimberly's service is. She is truly outstanding. The process was easy. The customer orders a $25 site assessment (credited to items purchased) either on-line or in-store, and LL dispatches a contractor to measure and assess your space. The contractor sends the measurements nd a bill of materials to LL, and LL works with the customer to choose the specific floor. Once the floor is finalized, all materials can either be delivered for a fee or the purchaser can pick them up. Once obtained, the contractor who did the assessment will schedule an installation. Once the flooring is installed, any unopened materials can be returned for a full refund (a variety of transitions, molding, and reducers is ordered so that everything that may be needed will be available, with the full expectation that some will not be needed). LL also can remove and install baseboards (purchasing new is recommended, and the customer is advised to paint them ahead of time), which most most flooring companies won't, and those who do, charge an obscene amount of money to do so. My entire project, with brand-new baseboards around the ENTIRE living area (so as to not see an unsightly transition between new and old), cost a mere $400 more with LL than what Empire quoted me, and Empire doesn't do baseboards at all. Additionally, my LL flooring is FAR higher quality than what Empire offered. The quality of LL's offerings far exceeded those of all of their competitors, and to get the same warranty, plank width, and a similar ( but still inferior) wear layer, I'd have to spend more than double what LL charged.

For our first home reflooring project, I’m glad we went with LL. The employees are very knowledgeable and hardworking. That store definitely gets busy but they do their best to get the job done in a timely matter. We installed our main floor ourselves but (after realizing what a huge undertaking it was) we went ahead and hired LL’s third-party service to install our second floor. WOW, five stars through and through! They are on top of every detail from start to finish and ensure your satisfaction. Also, I would like to extend my appreciation to this company for honoring a military discount.

Depends. You can pick it up, you can have it delivered for extra $$, or they might waive delivery/have no delivery charge if you use their contractor to do installation.
