The service was ok. Not good but not bad either. However...my salad, not so much. I stopped in on my way to work to get a salad for dinner. I get to work and there is a fly inside the container flying around. Called to tell them what I found and they told me the only thing they could do is have me bring my reciept and the salad back. I cant just clock out and go back to the next county to replace my food. I know things happen, but I can't believe the fly wasn't seen, and I definitely can't believe they wanted me to leave work to get it fixed. I can assure you there's plenty of other places in town to buy salad for now on.

I tried the kickin' chicken meal. Fries were good. There was no flavor to the chicken. No spice or heat. But for the price not bad. I would have to try something else from the menu next time I drive through.

Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to! Bathroom smells like pee, the lady at the counter wasn’t the brightest and was rude, and our order was messed up repeatedly and they act like we’re the pain in the arse. First, the chicken fingers were made with the wrong sauce. Below is a picture of the dipping sauces that we paid extra for; which were also the wrong sauce. Maybe a teaspoon of sauce in each one on top of that. Second pic is my make shift fork because obviously you don’t need one here. We spent $70 and that’s the effort that we get from the staff. And when we went up to the counter to get things straitened out (multiple times) the employees make eye contact then just turn their back to you. Had to speak up and tell them I needed assistance. Anyway, this place sucks. Go somewhere else!

First time at Zaxbys and it didn't disappoint! Great location and atmosphere! First time jitters in ordering, but the sandwich was top notch. My spouse's salad was picturesque...so perfectly prepared. Area clean.
