Went there with a group for work. I don't drink, so I can't comment on the brews. Staff was friendly and service was good. The burger I had was too dry and not even close to "next level" as another reviewer mentioned. Fries were good and I tried a piece of pizza and it was decent.

Best brewery experience I can remember. Try the honey Kölsch and the Costa Rican lager. Savannah, Conor and Whitney know their stuff and will make you feel welcome. They care about their people. Talk to them! And get a flight, nothing is too sweet or too tart. Never seen this before: a hostess (Emily) chased a patron who left his card. Pretty cool. Bringing my wife next time.

Ordered the cheddar and let’s dip rip today and was a bit disappointed in the 4oz. Serving of vegan cheese dip that came with the large amount of fried Pita bread. After finishing the small serving of dip half way through, and asked for more dip I was charged an additional $6 for extra cheese on top of the $11 charge for the appetizer. It would be nice if the cheese-to-pita bread proportions were a little closer…. Beer was a 10/10.

Nice rooftop, cute area with lots of good food options nearby, although this location has great food. We initially stopped for a flight (10 samples $10) and some fries, but enjoyed it so much we stayed for dinner. More kolschy options, I'm usually into more sour and fruity beers, still enjoyed them all. The burger was great, plus there were dessert specials, the chocolate chip bread pudding was $5 and awesome.

Yes, limited covered seating for when it's raining but there's heaters up there
You can buy beer togo, but you cannot take any opened product out of the building.

I'm sure they do

Calling in you can't. At the upper deck you can reserve a spot when you arrive, it's to the right as you reach the roof deck. So it's fair to say that you can reserve when you arrive.
Yes
I didnt see any but most stores have their beers in both bottles and cans.
