This restaurant used to be a great north Indian food place but it is now turned into worst. Food quality has degraded and employees who serve are rude and show least care & respect for customers. Must avoid this place..!!

Loved the food and Ambience, it was like a saviour, Almost all Indian restaurants were closing or stopped taking orders , we directly walked into the restaurant and were served what we asked for taste is absolutely good. Definitely my go to place for Good food.

I have tried countless Indian food restaurants in the Philly and greater Philly area, but I haven’t found anything that cones close to Shere E Punjab. The intense flavors and varied textures are incomparable (I find most other restaurants to be bland and/or all mushy). I’ve eaten both in house, take out, and at a party they were catering—all great experiences. I live in the city now, but whenever I go back to West Chester to see my parents, I make a point of stopping here before I leave. Highly recommend!!

We ordered the lamb biriyani, butter chicken, chicken kabob, 2 samosas and garlic naan. The lamb was very dry. The butter chicken was good, would have been better with breast meat instead of thigh. However the big problem with everything was that it cost $69. You will see from the picture that it is not $69 worth of food. I even put our dinner plate next to it for size comparison. We expected a lot more. The portions were very small. The biryani was a very small size and $18? Just surprising. We eat Desi food a lot and this was a shock. And the food was "ok".
