Average wawa store. Never order a custom made drink if you want to wait 30 minutes. There is literally one guy making them and he decides to make himself a drink before clocking out while 20 angry customers looked at him.

I've never waited for food or drink at a wawa like I have at this location and now it's been more then once. Need better managers, employees all chit chatting rather then focusing on their job. Employee making drinks had at least 6 people waiting for orders - he proceeded to make his large milkshake and then leave for break.... leaving all customers without drinks waiting for someone to come and make them. Let's get it together phoenixville wawa!

This Wawa is one of the cleanest I’ve been to no matter what time it is. Their staff is always friendly and always plentiful ,their hoagie fest hoagies are a fantastic deal and always a guaranteed favorite along everyone. My favorite thing about this Wawa their coffee, from free 1 ounce samples, to 10 different flavors there’s always something that can help my mood here.
