My daughter, is renovating her home on the East River, and trying to cook in the kitchen is nearly impossible, but she invited all of the family (about 20 people) for Thanksgiving dinner, thinking the kitchen would be done by then. It wasn't, of course. So she ordered a Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people from Howard-Dooley Cafe as a take out, which we picked up on the day before. The dinner was PERFECT in every way. Everything was plentiful and DELICIOUS, with that home cooked feel and flavor. Plus there were so many SCRUMPTIOUS side dishes and desserts. Everyone loved the food and we think it was better than if we had cooked it ourselves. Even the price of all of it didn't "break the bank". HOWARD-DOOLEY CAFE is definitely where we will get our food for our next large family gathering from. Thank you everyone at HOWARD-DOOLEY CAFE!

Good food and excellent service. The clam chowder that my grandfather got reminded him of what he was a boy. The barbecue chicken; flavorful and juicy.

Got ours to go, all the food taste great. Only thing Is that the Rack o' Ribs is a bit over cooked, there more like jerky..great flavor just overcooked.
