Happen to get a bit lost we'll roaming around and just happened to run into NPR headquarters. It was like suddenly falling upon Mecca. Really cool experience. I'm a huge NPR and public media(KPCC, WNYC, WHYY, WGBH, PRX)kinda guy. Unfortunately it was I believe closed to the public, due to Covid, atleast the gift shop definitely was. But it was a cool vibe just sitting outside and it's in a awesome part of town. Next time in DC definitely gonna make a part of a adventure day.

Advice and news reports are valuable when done right and NPR really hit the mark with their platform. Getting thorough and comprehensive analyses on daily events makes a whole lot of sense and they piece meal it for anyone to understand. Truly remarkable.

So fun! For all public radio lovers, please go check this out when you get the chance, it’s awesome to see all the reporters working in their natural environment, all the offices are so cool and modern. It’s all great!

I have had touring NPR on my to do list for a while. So glad I was able to check it off the list! It is an amazing facility and the tour was outstanding! Volunteers provide the tours, so you know they love NPR as much you do! :) Tours are at 11am (free) and I just signed up online. Super easy! I ended up being the only one on my tour, and Barbara was an excellent tour guide! The tour ended up being a little over an hour and in all honesty I could have spent all day there. Getting an inside look in NPR was great, I don’t understand why it’s not advertised more. I loved it! They have a gift shop as well with great mugs and unique things. I cannot say enough great things about the tour. Highly recommend!

I can no longer receive the radio daily program of classical music. Has the station shut down?

I am not sure but maybe the info is online

WHY do you use an agent like Ticketmaster to sell tickets to your events? They add a significant fee. The DC Bookstore--Politics and Prose--offer a number of ticketed events and sell thru Eventbright---which has NO FEE. I would urge you to change

No public email for him. Best way would probably be social media. Here's his bio page with social media links on top: https://www.npr.org/people/4569077/frank-langfitt
