Poor service. Don't take people as they come in.

Called me in for my appointment, had me wait for 30 minutes after already waiting.

I wouldn't usually do this. I usually only leave good reviews. But this was my 3rd strike with this medical office. Heres my experience: they told me my daughter was in the obese weight range in front of her. (Mind you this was coming off of covid quarantine and shes 9 and her body us in that awkward stage) Which was hurtful and inappropriate. They asked me what gender she identifies with when she was 8. Which I know is going to raise some hairs but unless that was a previous conversation is unnecessary to me. When I called today to speak to an advice nurse about my son. I asked if he was vaccinated. Okay, 1st of all, does he need the vaccine to speak to an advice nurse? No? Then why ask? And if he is or isnt does that change the course of whether we get care or not? Then why ask. I get why it might be relevant to know down the line. So she says all these are covid symptoms so you dont need an advice nurse you need to be seen by a provider. Okay so hes vaccinated and has covid, come right in and spread it around? No he doesnt have covid. We did 2 home tests. I wanted to trouble shoot with a nurse. Do they just want to charge me for an office visit? Do they just want to do more covid testing? Do they even care at all about my children? I want to clarify this was the staff AND a doctor. The nurses and assistants were always pleasant.

Rudest people EVER. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The first time I came here with my husband, we walked in with an appointment and three desk workers immediately told us that we would be waiting a while and had to wait outside. They didnt even ask if we had an appointment. After we stated we had an appointment we were given paperwork to fill out. When we finally were called back to see a doctor we asked if I could come back with hy husband since he has a workers comp case and he often misses information due to his ADD (they didnt know why but it's none of their business) and the nurse looked at me and said, "the rooms are really small" very snotty. I am slight overweight and she looked me up and down. Wow. This brings me to today. It's a Sunday and my husband has an MRI. There is nobody in the building, which is apparent from the very empty parking lot. I came only to support him and was more than willing to wait outside. But upon entering the building a girl walks up and barely acknowledging me, asks my husband what the reason is for the visit. When he says why hes here, she tells us that nobody else can come in except him. Basically, I need to leave. I ask, "so are you saying I cant be here? Because we had an appointment and it would have been nice to be informed of this ahead of time." And she says, "if you have a problem you can talk to someone in charge, I'm just a messenger, I dont make these decisions" with the ever so popular snotty attitude of the rest of the women staff. Really? Does nobody get any training on how to be courteous to patients anymore? These women are the face of the company and they are so hideously RUDE! I would NEVER come here if my husband's workers comp claim didnt depend on it. They are awful. The doctor was nice, though. I must say. Too bad they hire such rude people otherwise.
