I love Mail House Plus! The staff are excellent, friendly and do their best to work quickly when queues stack up and always have time for a friendly word. The prices are very competitive and the cheapest I've paid for a personal mailbox in the Portland area. I would be suspicious of any critical reviews about personality conflicts as we're in COVID times, many of the services offered here can take time to process (passport photos, fingerprinting, etc) and they are still far superior than almost any interaction I've had at an actual USPS location. Keep up the great work!

The male employee or perhaps the owner is grumpy and seems to resent that I receive packages at all. The female employee is lovely. If I had met him first, I would never have rented a box.

We do have private mailboxes for rental. Post Office Mailboxes are only provided by USPS. A private mailbox actually offers more flexibility than a PO box does.
