Its really bad when the doctor never enters the room tells you after a brief conversation he is going to prescribe you 2 medicines and then never puts it in your chart or send it to your pharmacist like you were also told would happen by the staff.I recommend you don't go to the Bay shore facility on the north side of sunrise highway. There are no checks and balances in patient care. I have never posted anything in my life on the internet but this is a serious warning to all to beware of these shady Urgent care chains it could cost you your life.

Although the staff & doctors are top notch when it comes to seeking the problem, I was just disappointed with the protocol that after having three different tests performed, Covid, Flu, & Throat Culture...after the tests a doctor came in the room stated that I have Covid & should isolate for five days...IN OTHER WORDS, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. No response on the other two tests performed....no, this is what you should eat & drink, or prescribe something, during the week being isolated. I felt, as a first Covid positive test timer, confused & concerned as to what to do to get through this. I'm sure they are just following protocol, but please find a more humane protocol. Thank you. This place has went down hill. It clearly states online and over the phone that they are a walk in service, but when you get there, they turn you away and say appointments only. Not only that, but you can’t be put on the list for the next day as a courtesy. If they aren’t a walk in service anymore it should state that online and over the phone. Wasted gas and time. I forgot to add the nasty attitudes some of the staff have in there. What happened to good old fashioned customer service?

Definitely not happy with our experience today with the receptionist Gabrielle. As my husband stood at her window waiting for his situation to be resolved she called other patients up to the window, helping them without regard for him standing there. Never once asked for him to step aside. She was very rude and loud with her communication. When asked to speak to a manager she raised her voice. We have come to this local CityMd for our families medical needs for a few years now. Never have we ever had an experience even close to this one. I do want to mention that we do appreciate the assistant managers patience and communication.
