The entire point of placing a mobile order is for it to be ready when you get there. Any other Dunkin I've gone to has the order sitting at the counter so I'm in and out in thirty second. I tried three times at this location and three times they started making the order after I told them I placed a mobile order.

Some of the staff are really nice. There is one lady who works there who always get my order wrong even when she repeats it back to me. She makes my order wrong almost every time.

Owner was extremely kind, he is friendly and most of the customers there were definitely regulars. His establishment is clean, the food is fresh and the employees are friendly as well. My order was perfect.

Mobile orders are never ready, or incorrect. Not sure how since they are literally given instructions on how much cream and sugar to put into coffee or tea. Almost every time I have placed a mobile order for pick up at this location they can’t find it and have to ask me what my order was, then when they find it and give it to me it’s wrong. This is one of the many reasons I have stopped going to Dunkin altogether.
