This bagel store has totally gone down the tubes. Never get what you ask for and everything to this staff is a chore when it's their job. You will never get your bagel toasted when you ask and they only butter/cream cheese one side of the bagel. Never heard of such a thing in my life.

I got a bagel with eggs over easy toasted n alittle butter n bacon n a coffee n homefries. Everything was perfect. I recommend this place highly. Go check it out 4 yourselves.👍

I ordered an egg platter. 2 scrambled, bacon crispy and home fries. Salt and pepper. An egg everything bagel, scooped with butter. I received 2 scrambled, cold with ketchup. The bacon tasted like it was from yesterday and the tablespoon of potatoes were not fresh either. The bagel was not scooped and had cream cheese on it. The bagel was fresh and very good. The service and attitudes……eh, not so much.

My family loves this place - this place always delivers good bagels at a decent price. Worth the long lines for sure.
