Every time I come here it's at least 30 min wasted of my time. The only reason why I come here is bc my mom is pregnant and this is the nearest Wendy's near us.. I don't understand why this line be on a stand still for like 15 min moves up one car and then 5 whole min another car and so on..no less than 5min on wait to move. then when you get to window they be at least 6 ppl there doing nothing! The front ain't open only the drive thru Come on we gotta do better!

I WAS AT THIS WENDY'S TODAY, AROUND 5:30 PM I ORDER ON THE (MOBILE APP) 10 MINUTES BEFORE I ARRIVE, I HAD TO WAIT IN DRIVER THOUGHT LINE FOR 15 MINUTES , I WAS TOLD ONCE I ARRIVED TO SPEAK, I TOLD GIRL I HERE FOR MY (MOBILE ORDER) SHE TOLD ME ONCE I ARRIVED IF I GET TO WINDOW & MY ORDER NOT READY I HAVE TO COME INSIDE, SO IT RAIN HEAVY OUTSIDE, SO I AM LIKE WHY DID I ORDER ON THE (MOBILE APP)FOR THEN IF I HAVE TO COME INSIDE WHEN I LAST CHECK (MOBILE) STAND FOR CAR OR AUTO MOBILE IF I AM ORDERING ON A APP THAT SHOW ME ON THE APP PULL UP TO THE SPEAK & TELL THEM YOUR NAME, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE TOLD IF NOT READY YOU HAVE TO COME IN, IF THAT THE CASE WENDY'S NEED TO STOP WITH MOBILE APP THEN, NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. ALSO I ASK THE MANGER FOR HIS NAME & HE TOLD ME HE NOT GIVING HIS NAME A VERY BIG PROBLEM NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! if i could give this place a zero i would . i paid extra for simple thing like cheese being added and tomatoes but clearly the people who work here can’t follow simple directions. they got my whole order wrong . and not one thing was correct . this is very annoying when my order was so simple. this message is for the managers , hire people who can actually read.
