I'm not into the changes. Old staff or new staff I always feel like I'm being an inconvenience. At least more times than not. They've been increasing their prices for the past 2/3 years or so, which one won't mind if 100% of their machines were working, but there are always machines that don't work. Don't even get me started with the amount of water or even the lack of hot water 🙄 you can't even dry on low because the low setting is set to the devil's den temperature. You just have to find your machine(s) and stick to them.

I wash here after 12 midnight cause the price drops drying is free and you can scan the bar codes for free soap and free wifi

It was a really great experience. The employee at the reception was friendly and helped me setup and gave nice instructions on how to use the machines. Moreover, just so people know. I did the self-washing and self-drying. The small washer costs $4.25, medium one is $6.35, Large one is $11.45 and the extra large one is $13.65 Dryers are free! Plus you get to use free soap if you are a new user. The washers are 25% off from 12 am - 6 am.

Depends on the day, honestly what your experience will be like. Parking is ruthless and service suffers during busier times (cash machines, dryers are often broken). The desk is the redeeming quality to the establishment because they service customers best. Bring a laundry bag or buy for 15$. Drying always free, washing prices are continually rising every year, something to monitor depending on your washing schedule. Free soap is as available, so if they run out then you have to purchase. Folding desks are not bad, best to go during the week and early rather than weekends and late.
